Q1: How to order your products ?

A1:  Please place order here.  If you don't want to order here, pleae send message to mail, skype or WhatsApp.  We will reply you in 24 hours.  For sample, we accept Paypal , T/T and Western Union.


Q2: What's is your warranty?

A2: We give all our boxes for one year warranty, if the box have problems during the period, you can contact us for the fixing, or we will replace a new one for you.


Q3: Do I need to pay the annual fee or monthly fee.

A3: The Android TV Box usually comes without susbcription, except we have promotion activity for it.  We also sell various monthly, yearly IPTV subscriptions.  Pls. contact us if you want this service.


Q4: Destination customs clearance issue

A4: Please remember to inform us if there is a special requests on custom clearance before shipment!  We will try the best to cooperate with you.  If the cargo arrived to the destination , buyer will need to handle the customs clearance by themselves.  Any doubts about documents, please contact us at the first time!  If the buyer can not promptly clear the goods lead to the returned, the buyer will need to bear the return shipping cost!  Kindly note and thanks!


Q5: What's your warranty policy?

A5: The hardware warranty is one year.  We offer tv box for one year warranty, during the period , if the box have any problems, buyer can contact us to fix it,  or we will replace for you.

(if the android box is under warranty, buyer can send back the box to fix, but he will need to bear the return shipping cost, we will need charge USD25 for courier shipping cost ) 


Q6: Do I need to pay the annual fee or monthly fee?

A6: For the Arabic iptv set top box , we offer free susbcription.  That is to say you don't need to pay any yearly fee or monthly fee before the free subscription expired.
